No other way than to attach it instead of importing it.

Since you are using the offset in this very limited way, you could probably get away with marking the document for ND6 or R5 and then using using the 0.7C and 0.84 you have determined. Another option might be to have an agent that tested retrieving with both offsets and marked the document as having one or the other, and then using that fact to generate the offset publicly.
